Customize your Mia + Mini Hearts Birth Flower Necklace with up to 5 birth flowers and 5 initials of your choice, all hammered individually into your metal pendants. Placement of flowers on your pendant will vary based on your specific birth months. *We recommend opting for "filler floral" so that it can be used to fill in empty spaces that make the design look incomplete.
