Dr. Schatz has designed this program to help those with pain from chronic musculoskeletal back and neck strain, spinal arthritis, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome, pregnancy, and scoliosis. Simple and practical ways to heal the back, restructure the body, and cope with stress are taught so that one becomes more sensitive to early warning signs of an impending "back attack" and what to do to ward it off.

Beginner Walker
Perfect for beginners. Size is relative. Be sure to measure your baby’s feet. Kinda pricey but so cute. Well made and durable for my 11 month old Granddaughter. Love the denim look and the wide toe box and flexible sole.

Cute, don’t stay on well

I love these for the look, comfort, and flexibility for a new walker. Her teachers complain that they come off easily, which we did lose one because of this out and about. We graduated from these to similar ones from striderite.
