The PowerPac Dual Voltage Foldable Electric Travel Kettle 0.5L PPJ2024, is ideal for bringing along with you on domestic or international travels. International travellers will benefit from its dual voltage capacity, it operates both 100 - 120 V & 220 - 240 V ranges, and will work wherever you go.

The steps required to fold and unfold the kettle are very simple, utilises a pull-tab design and takes less than 2 seconds to fold or unfold. When folded, it is very compact and lightweight; folding from 15 cm to 10 cm! Thus you could put it inside your luggage with nary a care whether your luggage has enough space or would be over-weight.

The Foldable Electric Travel Kettle PPJ2024 has ultra-thin andcollapsible walls made of BPA-free, food-grade Silicone, and its Heating Plate is made of 304 food-grade Stainless Steel.

With a boiling duration of less than 5 minutes, it is perfect for those with no time to waste. After boiling, the sensitive Thermostat allows water to be kept at a specific warm temperature. It also allows water to be heated to a specific temperature and then maintained at that same temperature, without boiling. Safety features include Dry-boil prevention with auto-cut off.

Usage:

(First use)

1. Clean the interior of the kettle with water & detergent with a non-abrasive sponge.
2. Press the Lid Button. Fill Kettle with water to MAX. Close the Lid.
3. Boil the water.
4. Discard the water after boiling. Rinse the interior of the kettle and Lid.

HOW TO USE

1. Fill the Kettle with water between the MIN and Max lines.
2. Close the Lid.
3. Wipe the exterior if wet.
4. Place the appliance on a dry, horizontal, stable and heat-resistant surface.
5. Attach the power cable. Switch the appliance ON. Press the ON/OFF Switch down.
6. The appliance switches off automatically several seconds after water has started boiling.
7. Switch the appliance OFF if you do not wish for re-boiling to occur.

HOW TO CLEAN

1. Switch the appliance OFF and unplug the power cable when not in use and before filling, emptying and cleaning the kettle.
2. Wipe the exterior of the appliance using a damp cloth. Remove stubborn spots with a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent.
3. Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Descaling

4. Fill the kettle to its maximum volume using a mixture of one part ordinary vinegar and two parts water. Boil the mixture and leave the mixture overnight. Discard it the next morning.
5. Repeat step 4 using water.
6. Once cooled, discard the water. Rinse the interior of the kettle and Lid.
