The modified vintage circuit has an internal switch that allows you to select true bypass or non true bypass operation. Mr. Bonamassa prefers non true bypass as it cuts off some of the high end and darkens his tone. An output buffer is also incorporated into the design to prevent impedance imbalance with your vintage pedals.
