The Blue Jay Alarm Alert Standard Patient Alarm is a comprehensive caregiver alarm and fall prevention system designed to enhance patient safety. The box includes the Standard Alarm unit, Wall Bracket, U-Bracket, 9-volt battery, wall bracket screws, Hook and Loop Adhesive Strips for Wall Bracket, and a User Guide. This alarm system is compatible with Blue Jay Alarm Alert Sensor Pads, not included). The alarm can be easily set to high or low sound levels and is activated when the patient moves off the bed or chair sensor pad, triggering a red flashing alarm indicator. The system is easy to mount or clip onto a wheelchair, bed, or lifting chair. Resetting the system is simple by either pressing the reset button or placing the patient back on the sensor pad. The low battery indicator blinks yellow when the 9V battery needs replacement.
