Features a HOLD button that "freezes" the display to capture current reading, and recall of minimum and maximum temperature readings. Built in alarm function can be set in 1° increments and sounds when the temperature rises above or falls below high/low set points. Count up timer alarm may be set from 23 hours 59 minutes to 1 minute. 

Batteries power unit for 1 year of routine use. Back-lighting button permits reading in dark areas.  °C/°F switchable. Uses all Type-K thermocouple probes.
