Introducing the choral music folder with 1-colour custom logo print

Create a professional and unified look for your choir with our custom-branded choral music folders. You can choose from no print, single-colour, two-colour, or three-colour logo printing options, allowing you to showcase your school, church, or choral society emblem exactly as you wish.

Folders are available in a range of colours, and your logo can be positioned on the front or back, at the top, bottom, left or right of the cover. Printing is carried out using high-quality screen-printing for a durable, long-lasting, personalised finish.

A one-time screen print setup charge of £35 (£70 for a 2-colour logo and £105 for 3-colours) will be applied automatically to your basket. This covers the preparation of your logo screens and setup for production. If you order more folders with the same logo in future, you won’t need to pay this charge again.

If you request amendments after artwork has been approved, an additional setup or amendment fee may apply. Please note that the minimum order quantity is 30 folders for any custom print.

How to customise your choral folder

  1. Add the required number of folders to your basket. The one-time £35 screen print setup charge will be added automatically at checkout. For repeat orders using the same logo, you won’t need to pay the setup charge again – although the minimum order of 30 units still applies.
  2. When you receive your order confirmation email, reply to that message (or send a new one to [email protected]) and attach your logo file. Most formats are acceptable, however JPGs and PDFs are preferable. Please quote your order number in the email.
  3. On the same email, tell us where you’d like your logo printed: front or back, and whether it should be positioned at the top, bottom, left or right. Printing can be done in any one of these single colours from our palette: black, white, cerise, wine red, burgundy, purple, light blue, gold, or silver.
  4. Approximately 7-10 working days after your email is received, mock up artwork of how your customised folders will look will be sent to you. Before printing can begin, you will need to approve the final design. Please note, however, that if you do want any significant changes made at this stage that there is a £5 charge per amendment.
  5. The complete turnaround time for these customised orders will be approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year, peaking as the Christmas season approaches.

Thoughtful and durable design

Each folder is made from lightweight yet exceptionally hard-wearing polypropylene, ensuring it can withstand daily rehearsals and busy performance schedules. The folder opens and closes silently by lifting a loop of string over a rivet – a simple mechanism that’s both secure and discreet, allowing you to handle your music without unwanted noise.

Practical features for performers

Inside, you’ll find ten taut strings attached to the spine for holding individual sheets of music securely in place, along with large internal pockets for additional scores and accessories. There’s also a dedicated space for a pencil and a name tag, so you can keep everything neatly organised. The spine features a comfortable elastic strap, designed to help you hold the folder steady and open while singing, ensuring comfort and control throughout performances.

Personalise with your own logo

Our folders are available with a one-colour, two-colour, or three-colour custom logo print (or no print at all), allowing your choir, school, or organisation to proudly display its identity. Printing can be positioned on the front or back of the folder, and in any one colours from our standard range. Once your logo is approved, we’ll handle the rest – delivering professional-quality printed folders that look every bit as good as they perform.

Order details and printing information

A one-time screen-print setup charge of £35 applies (£70 for a 2-colour logo and £105 for 3-colours), and there is a minimum order of 30 folders. Repeat orders using the same logo won’t incur the setup fee again, although the 30-unit minimum remains. For intricate or complex logos, we may need to confirm additional details or charges before printing – but we’ll always contact you in advance to confirm.

Excellent Investment!
Color: Black, Style: ET-2800-B, Pattern Name: Printer
I have had this printer for two years now. I purchased it to do invitations and signs for my Daughter's baby shower. I designed an invitation, printed more than sixty copies with address labels, return address labels, numerous signs, games and raffles tickets. I used it again for the Baby's 1st Birthday same amount of items. I have not had to fill the colored ink in over 2 years. I have filled the black. My husband also uses it for work and I've printed several other projects including pictures. Everything has always exceeded my expectations. For the price you get excellent quality. I find the software easy to use and update.

Inkjets have come a long way
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
Just a lot to like about this printer and nothing I don't like. Very capable for the price. I do mostly black and white printing, rarely print photos. (This will supposedly do a credible job of photo printing too but I haven't tried it). If you want professional caliber photo printing, you probably want the Epson 8550 which is similar to this, a bit more expensive, but does 6 color printing. If you are doing more like every day business printing the 15000 might be a better choice because it's built more for speed. The tank system means I can just replace the black because I use it a lot. The black ink tank is double size of the others and based on my experience so far, I think I'll easily get over a thousand pages on the standard-vivid setting which is very strong black but still relatively high speed printing. Given that the black ink bottles are under $30 I think the cost per page will be comparable to laser. The booklet/pamphlet printing can be complicated to work out with layers of PDF software and the Epson printer driver. But once you work it through, it's super capable. I've printed a lot of 12 x 18 double-sided for booklets and the paper handling has been flawless. (It can duplex automatically for 8 1/2 x 11 but for other sizes you have to manually duplex, which you can do by printing back/front or even/odd.) It's not as fast as a laser printer but it's pretty fast -- inkjets have improved so much.

Perfect Printer for My Small Business
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
I purchased the Epson ET-15000 for my crafting and apparel business and have been very pleased with its performance. The print quality is excellent, colors are vibrant, and the large ink tanks help save money over time. It handles larger print sizes with ease and has become an essential part of my workspace.

Nice large format printer which is what I needed
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
I make stained glass panels and needed a printer that I could make larger copies with. I also wanted one that I could manipulate my images with. This was my best option and I love the Eco-Tank printers. After reading the reviews I made sure to add a couple years of additional warranty for my peace of mind. Finding 13 x 19 paper that was affordable was a tough challenge. I found a bunch on FB marketplace and bought everything they had to offer. This printer was very easy to set-up. I just followed the instructions and then followed what was on my computer screen. At first I thought I would have an issue connecting to Wi-Fi but when it failed on the computer, I was able to go to the printer and do it from the control panel - Easy peesey. I have used it several times since filling, charging, and installing and everything works as it should. My husband has an Eco-Tank printer and I've wanted one since he got his. I love that the ink will last a very long time and that it will be cost efficient. I am not overly interested in photo printing so this was the perfect choice for my needs. The print quality is fairly good when comparing it to my old Canon and e that there are several paper trays and ways to make copies, especially the automatic feed and the larger scanner bed.

document feeder not working on first real use.
Pattern Name: Printer, Style: ET-15000
Serious reliability issues and concerns. We have owned the printer for about 1 month and printed a limited amount. For the first time today I tried scanning with the document feeder. I was scanning about 12 pages that should of been 1 document. The first page scanned and then stopped. I started the scanner again and it scanned about 5 pages and then jammed. The rest of the pages were a constant jamming/not feeding fiasco. I would run to the computer and hit scan, then run to the printer and manually push on the paper as hard as i could without the paper bending. if I pushed just right i could get a few pages through without jamming. I ended up with about 6 pdf's instead of one document and constant jamming in the paper feeder. Frustrating from a brand new printer and the first time using the paper scanner. There is a clicking noise when it scans. a few of the pages fed properly but the rest had to be forced. No obvious obstructions or other issues. I tried cleaning the rollers with no success. Then attempted to reach out to Epson support. The only support option I could find was an email form that put me in a captia loop after entering all the information so I had to start over on the ticket submission. No chat support, no phone number, brand new higher priced printer with serious build/reliability issues. Frustrating.
