Place your deposit ($199) today and pay the remainder ($159) when your beef is ready to ship.

20lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (7-8 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 12 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

We processing dates schedule throughout Feb/March beef will dry-age for a minimum of 14 days to ensure the best flavor! After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
