Mala Benefits and How to Use:

Malas are an ancient meditation tool that allows you to create stillness by aligning mind, body and breath. To start using your Mala, set an intention and choose an affirmation or mantra that feels aligned with what you are trying to manifest or chakra you are working with. This is a powerful manifestation tool, working with specific crystals will enhance that vibration in your aura supercharged with your own mantra and meditation. Carrying with you all day long around your wrist or neck staying aligned even off your mat and in your life.

With your pointer finger facing away from you, lay the Mala over your middle, ring and pinky finger locate the first bead after the Guru Bead or Pendant. Your hand should be aligned with the Heart Chakra center. Take in a deep inhale and exhale while chanting the mantra or affirmation of choice.

Repeat this 27 (1/4 Mala), 54 (1/2 Mala), 81 (3/4 Mala) or 108 (Full Mala) times.
