Balaji is also known as Tirupati Balaji is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu or Venkateshwara (the destroyer of sins) situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The temple of Tirupati Balaji is referred to as the Bhuloka Vaikuntam meaning the ‘Abode of Vishnu on earth. It is also known as the Tirumala Temple where people visit by covering the distance of 12 km that begins from Alipiri in Tirupati. Devotees travel on foot through a footsteps path of around 3550 steps to fulfill their vows to Venkateshwara and enjoy his blessings.
