1. In the drop down menu, select your preferred book colour (Grey, Biscuit, Sage, Black or Hunter)

2. Select what colour foil/ Text you wish for the text.

3. In the Personalisation box on the product page, enter your personalisation details. Use as much detail as possible to ensure we can draft something up exactly as you wish. Choose one our pre-design templates from our storefront or let us design something just for you.

4. In about 48 hours (but usually much less), you will receive a proof via e-mail. We can make revisions at no extra cost until you are 100% satisfied with the look of your personalised photo album.
Please review your proof as soon as possible to keep your order moving toward production and shipment. We'll attempt to reach you 2x via Etsy Convo before beginning production on your item if we do not receive an "approval" message.

5. Once your proof has been approved, we will print, package and post to you within 3-5 days. (Please see link below for "rush my order")

*If we do not get a response to our proof within the 5 business days, we will print and send out book as best descried. No refunds will be issued for failed proof revisions.

After you approve your proof, please allow approximately 3-𝟳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 (not including weekends) for production of your album. You will receive a shipping notification (with tracking details) when your album is on its way to you!
The quicker your proof is approved the quicker your album will be in production.

We do have a RUSH MY ORDER service which will ensure next day production. Please be sure to add the below 'ADD ON' to cart before checking out to ensure your album arrives in time for your event. We take no responsibility for items not arriving in time.
