All ST XTA systems are delivered with a linear race springs system, adjustable dampers, and aluminum unibal camber adjustable top mounts. ST XTA Coilover kits deliver precise adjustment to your ride height so you control the look of your car. We manufacture the adjustable spring perch made of durable and friction-optimized polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert. Thanks to the composite material corrosion is prevented between the strut and perch ensuring long lasting height adjustability while the stainless steel insert provides strength and confidence! ST XTA Coilovers come preset to our factory recommended damper settings, the same configuration we test them at on our KW shock dynos before they go into your box. The 16 distinct clicks of adjustable rebound damping allow you to refine the driving dynamics with a simple turn of the adjustment knob. Each kit includes a detailed damper setup manual making it easy to reset to our recommended setting at any time. Whether your preference is comfort, performance, or something in between; ST XTA puts the finer details of the driving dynamics in your hands. The top mounts included with our ST XTA Coilover kits allow you to adjust the camber at the front axle to dial in aggressive wheel and tire fitment. They also allow you to maximize the tire's contact patch for driving in fast corners and any other driving scenario that demands maximum grip. Galvanized zinc coated steel struts optimize corrosion protection for long lasting use. We add a dust protection system to prevent unwanted dirt and particulate from coming in contact with the hardened chrome piston rod or getting into the valve packs. Detailed Window to Narcissism
Format: Kindle
This book answered a lot of questions I had about narcissism. I have been on the fence about labeling a certain person in my life as a narcissist, but this book helped me recognize the behaviors that I have seen in this person in my life. I agree with a lot of the author's thoughts about how narcissism effects the people that are hurt by this disorder, but I did not agree in her belief about forgiveness in the matter of dealing with a narcissist. Forgiveness is a hard thing to practice but It does set you free from the heavy things that way a person down. It was also sad to accept the belief that narcissists will never change but in my heart, I believe that it is true.
I appreciated her style of writing this book. At times it felt like the author was sitting in my living room and talking directly to me. I also liked how the author explained certain psychological terms in a way that most people could understand. I have read other books on narcissism, but I think this book gave me the best definitions and examples of this hurtful and destructive disorder.

If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse, It’s Not You could be a revolutionary, transformative, healing read. I just finished it and feel a deep gratitude to Ramani Durvasula, PhD for dedicating her life to sharing, as she calls it, “the story of the lion” not the hunter.
