I noticed this before I ever tested so to see the test results confirmed.
Being outside and grounding is always the BEST option, but if you spend a lot of time indoors, this is a way to still incorporate that into your routine.
My 6‑year‑old has also been using it consistently for the past 2 years and says she sleeps better with it, we actually ended up getting a second one.
