At full scale, this work divides a wall into two luminous zones that shift the atmosphere of any room. The upper register — golden cliff faces, cascading waterfall, turquoise pool — radiates warmth and completion. Thick impasto textures catch ambient light, creating surface variation that changes throughout the day. Below the waterline, deep violet and blue passages draw the eye downward into a cooler, more mysterious space. A solitary figure sits at the threshold between these zones, small against the landscape but holding the entire composition's centre of gravity.
