Why You Need It

This kit is designed for trucks equipped with aftermarket exhaust systems or delete pipes. When removing the DPF/DEF systems it replace the NOx and DEF modules. It sends a closed signal back to the ECM to ensure proper vehicle operation. Unlike some others that only supply two NOX plugs, we supply 3 NOX plugs and a DEF tank plug.  Your specific truck may use a different NOX module in the engine bay and the provided plugs will not fit.  In this case you will leave the factory module plugged in and only remove the two NOX modules located underneath the truck, leaving you with an extra NOX plug.  If your truck's engine bay NOX module uses the same plugs as the ones underneath, you can use the CAN plug in the engine bay as well.
