Faceted by an accomplished American gem cutter, we were impressed by his knowledge and talent at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show 2024. We spend a good part of the day discussing and admiring his precious gemstones, each hand-cut by him and each with its own story. This white tourmaline was one of the first gemstones we noticed in this booth. He was absolutely delighted when we selected this for The Sapphire Merchant collection. It was a gemstone he had faced early on in his career and had been with him for a very long time. He often wondered who would discover its beauty and claim it for themselves.
