Keeping yourself fresh can be as easy as washing your hair or brushing your teeth! You take the bottle, fill it up with room temperature water or saline solution, and then use the attachment of your choice. The beaded tip has a nice feel, so you choose that one first. A little lube on the tip makes it go in easy. You stand in the shower just in case there's any mess, and then get on all fours with your backside in the air. Gravity helps guide the liquid in. You can feel the temperature of the water and the pressure building, so you stop the flow and just hold it inside, getting used to the feeling, then you squat over the toilet before removing the enema attachment and letting it all flow out!

The bag lives up to Michael Kors quality and is worth every penny. I need a matching wallet or wristlet NOW.
