Digitally remastered edition. For a time in the early 1980s, it looked as if Jon Butcher's career would know no bounds. As anyone who picked up a copy of the self-titled Jon Butcher Axis album upon it's original release in 1983 would concur, here was a star on the rise. Such an upwards trajectory was well deserved given his undeniable talent, the quality of that debut and the ensuing sophomore affair Stare at the Sun. Indeed, both albums should have resulted in greater rewards than they ultimately did at the time. Many people believe that Stare at the Sun was Jon's finest work and claim it to be the best album he ever released under any moniker. Songs like "Wind it up" and "Don't say Goodnight" are certainly songs that deserve your attention. The result of his success afforded further growing popularity for the band, which added the opportunity to tour with Rush (Signals tour '83), Def Leppard (Pyromania tour '83) and Scorpions (Hurricane tour '84). amongst others. Jon Butcher has an undeniable talent and this 10 track album from the classic early eighties era shows just what this man had to offer.

Great for chemo
Flavor Name: Mint, Size: 33.8 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I ended up ordering this due to hearing mouth sores occurring during chemo. Using it twice a day to keep from getting the sours and it’s working great.

Too expensive, tastes fine
I was worried based on reviews, but I think these taste fine! I don't eat a lot of candy anyway, but sometimes I just need 1-2 pieces to satisfy a sweet/sour craving. These are great since I'm on the Keto diet. They aren't overly sour for sure, but they still have some sourness to them. There's a bit of an aftertaste since they are made with sugar substitutes, but nothing terrible. My only complaint is the price. Way too expensive for the amount you get.

Not bad
The cherry tastes too much like cherry cough syrup. The grape fruit and apple aren't bad. For a no sugar candy for diabetics when you're having a craving, not bad.

I Wouldn’t Call Them Sour
Did I enjoy this candy? Absolutely. Did it meet my expectations? No.
I have anxiety. I’ve heard about the technique of using a sour candy to distract from an anxiety attack. Well, I also have insulin resistance so I have been looking for a sugar-free sour candy which it turns out is a tall order.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I tasted these because they really don’t taste sour. While I enjoy the flavors (especially grapefruit) they aren’t sour. A big bummer.
I do think the nutrition for this candy is awesome, though. They have a good amount of fiber and are made with xylitol which is great for oral health.
Overall, I think they are pricey and not necessarily worth the cost considering they are not anything special outside of the nutritional values. Bummer!
