The dual shut-off allows you to turn off the water to one source while working on another. Ideal for adding dishwashers, ice makers, water filters and instant hot water dispensers to existing water supply. With a few turns of the valve handle, you are able to stop the flow of water leading to the plumbing fixture, allowing for maintenance and repair without shutting off the water to the entire home.

No after affects
I've been taking Melatonin for about 48 yrs. And has no after affects. I take it as needed. I've taken 1mg to 5mg. depending what kind of a day I've had. The pill is very small. I like the orange and peppermint flavors. The best time to take it is about 45mins. before you would go to bed.

Source Natural is a good brand but I find 5 mg too strong and need to split them.
As a person with sleep problems due to illness I can say that this melatonin works to get me to sleep sooner. I don't sleep most of the night without it and this brand works better than others I've tried. I can't use 5 mg though and find 2.5mg better. I'm cutting them in half and don't plan to order 5 mg. again.
