Getting Started with Your IQOS 3 DUO
Getting started is easy. Simply follow these steps for a seamless experience:
- Tap the button on your IQOS 3 DUO Pocket Charger to check the battery level.
- If low, plug your device into a power outlet using an IQOS AC adaptor and cable.
- Press the button at the top of your Pocket Charger for four seconds to turn it on.
- Check the status lights on your IQOS 3 DUO Holder to see its battery level.
- Insert a HEETS stick into your Holder without twisting.
- Press and hold the holder button.
- One vibration and lights pulsing slowly mean it’s getting ready. Two vibrations and both status lights on mean it's ready to use.
- When you feel another two vibrations, your IQOS time is nearly up. Slide open the Holder, remove the HEETS stick, and slide the Holder shut.
Remember, one light means you only have one use left. Charge it using the Pocket Charger for the next session.
Charging Your IQOS 3 DUO
Keep your IQOS 3 DUO charged for uninterrupted usage:
- Tap the button on your IQOS 3 DUO Pocket Charger to check the battery level.
- A flashing light at the top means the battery’s low.
- Plug the Pocket Charger into a power outlet using an IQOS AC adaptor and cable.
- A flashing light means the battery’s now charging.
- When the status bar is full, your device is fully charged and good for up to 20 uses.
- Check the status lights on your IQOS 3 DUO Holder. Two lights mean it's fully charged, ready for two uses.
Slide open your Holder, remove the HEETS stick, slide the Holder shut, and insert it into the Pocket Charger. If two small lights start flashing on the top of the Pocket Charger, your Holder is charging. When they stop flashing, your Holder is good and ready to use.
Cleaning Your IQOS 3 DUO
Maintain a clean device for the best taste experience:
- Wait for your IQOS 3 DUO Holder to cool down, then slide the cap off.
- Tap out any loose tobacco from inside your Holder.
- Insert the cleaning tool, twist two or three times, and carefully remove it.
- Clean your device regularly, avoiding the blade. Don’t forget to clean the cap from top to bottom.

Absolutely LOVE this toner. My skin is slightly sensitive and this formula NEVER burns my face. Great exfoliation. No tightness or dry areas. Hard to keep on the shelf

Imo it's the perfect male equivalent of a Honeypot wipe. It's also rock solid for drying out oily skin but to me it's kind of expensive to use it like that. Easily my favorite out of all the Thayers tonics. The serum is also really good for converting red patches into poppable pimples which then just leave, and the sulfur cream is just invaluable as a leave-on make-up/healing combo. Thayers is good stuff man. It's a billion times healthier than benzoyl peroxide or adapalene and even SA is pretty rough on the skin in therapeutic doses. Thayers does such a good job of balancing herbs and gentle chemicals to provide a uniquely safe yet effective remedy, across the board. The only thing that was a genuine flop from them for me was the rosewater tonic, which smelled like God.

Results!!
I have been using this product daily for just over two years. It’s one of those things that you just put into your daily routine and sort of forget about it.
I usually don’t expect to see a huge improvement with any product. I just use them hoping that I will maintain the status quo and that things won’t get too much worse. :)
This past Mother’s Day, I was with my sons and grandkids. I usually avoid letting them take my picture because these darn kids always seem to catch me with an unflattering look on my face. I’m pretty sure they do this on purpose. Anyway, I must not have had my guard up quite enough because when I got home, my phone alerted, and it was pictures, of me, taken incognito. 😎
I cautiously looked, and to my surprise I couldn’t believe how good the skin on my face looked!
I hurriedly scrolled back in my pictures on my phone to find a “before” picture from three years ago and I couldn’t believe my eyes. My skin looks so much better now than it did three years ago.
I wondered, how could this be? The only change that I made was adding this product to my routine a little over two years ago. There is an actual noticeable difference.
Now, I realize that my experience is nowhere near proof beyond all doubt, however, I’m not taking any chances. I will continue to use this product daily.
It’s relatively inexpensive and my results have been great.

Game changer!!
This stuff is amazing! I bought it because there was somewhat of a trend online saying glycolic acid is great for girls with sensitive skin. I’m inclined to agree because I have very dry, sensitive skin and this product works very well on my face and my legs (post shave). This is meant to lightly exfoliate the skin, so if you’ve just shaved your face or skin, a day later, this is great to put on to help prevent any irritation. Also, this is good for dry skin! When I have some dry patches on my face, I buff the dead skin off very gently but thoroughly. Then I use this toner to help prevent it from coming back. I was skeptical this would work because my skin is so extremely dry sometimes, but it really works! It was perfect for doing my makeup with. I use it every once in a while if I need any extra exfoliating. Do bear in mind, though, it smells really bad. I think it’s the witch hazel or something, but the product by itself smells quite gross. Definitely put lotion on a few minutes after it absorbs into the skin. This is a great product and I’m very happy with it. 10/10 when used wisely.
