To celebrate the 40th "birthday" of one of the world's best bands - Weather Report - the label Art of Groove is releasing the band's Rockpalast concert in Cologne 1983 - a premiere on CD and DVD. What a feast the concert was for the Colognials that night, and is now for us all these years later. As Omar Hakim has said: "Weather Report wasn't typical instrumental music: there was Europe, Africa, jazz, blues, Latin, all inside one thing. It was true world music...". Here's to that ! After Jaco Pastorius and Peter Erskine left the band, Joe Zawinul and Wayne Shorter decided to continue their successful project with a new rhythm set: drummer Omar Hakim, Victor Bailey on bass and percussionist Jose Rossy. For Bailey and Hakim it was the starting point of their international career. Weather Report's Cologne concert shows the band in musical top form. In a more than two-hour show, the band sparks a firework of rhythm and melodies. Next to classics like "Birdland," in this concert you will hear pieces from later phase of Weather Report: "D Flat Waltz," "Procession," "Fast City," "Where The Moon Goes" and "Two Lines". The material which was originally recorded by the WDR (West German Radio and Television Broadcasting)has been completely restored and re-mastered and is now appearing in a new version - something that's not just for long-time fans of Weather Report

Love these socks!

Comfortable, no show, and most importantly The Do No Slip!!!! I keep coming back to add to my supply because they have become the only sock I wear. I’ve been using them for a couple years now and they hold to great to washing, bleaching and the dryer. Highly recommended.

The only socks I will buy

These are hands down my favorite socks to wear with tennis shoes. Bought my original 6 pack in the store, liked them so much I went buy more and they were gone. These don't slip on your heel like most socks do. Come up high enough on the top of your foot to protect from tongue rubbing (I giggled when I wrote that) and they come in fun colors. Love they are ultra no show and provide padding but people can't see them with shoes on. Five stars!

Amazing socks but false advertising. They changed them.

Okay well I have 4 stars because these are the best socks ever, infact, I threw out all my other socks and switched to just these. No show and they never slip. THE PROBLEM NOW, all the pairs I ordered before had a white symbol, and every time I buy more they have the grey and they are not as low show as my others… I wanted to simplify life and have all the same kind, no matching of colors or slightly different shape, but 4 times now I’ve ordered white symbol and gotten thicker longer ones with gray symbols. I’m considering switching all of my socks to the gray…. But the white symbol ones are way better, they don’t show with hey dudes on and gray symbol ones do now. I’m at a loss. Can someone tell me where to buy 100 pairs of white symbol so I never need to buy another sock again in my life?
