The Mishimoto 2013-2020 Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86/Scion FRS Oil Sandwich Plate Adapter is the perfect addition for enthusiasts looking to add an external oil cooler to their FA20 engine.----The lightweight billet-aluminum sandwich plate is available in thermostatic and non-thermostatic options for daily-driven cars or dedicated track weapons. The sandwich plates' M20x1.5 ports accept our M20 to -10AN adapters to make fitting lines easy and ensure ample flow for high-performance applications. For improved warm-up in any climate, our thermostatic sandwich plate can also be customized with available 160, 185, or 200-degree thermostats. As an added benefit, both the thermostatic and non-thermostatic sandwich plates include 1/8-NPT ports that can be used for temp or pressure sensors. I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). I was skeptical, but it worked amazingly well—firms things up, reduces urgency and frequency, and gives me normal, regular bowel movements without any cramping or worsening. It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.
Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That's a huge win for heart health—I wasn't expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil's own claims). Excellent product!

I held on to this product for months before trying it. Wow! Not sure what took me so long, but I am so impressed. First of all, it is easy to drink - just do it quickly. The taste is surprisingly refreshing.
Even more important, it works. If you have IBS or other digestive issues, you may be pleasantly surprised at how it helps these issues. I just regret I didn’t start using it years ago. I take at least two drinks a day, sometimes only one.
