Its main goal is to maintain power to the camera, during a battery switch. It will prioritize external batteries for power supply while simultaneously charging the internal battery. Featuring high-precision monitoring, it includes a built-in high-precision voltage detection circuits and delay circuits to monitor voltage, current and temperature, ensuring the safety of the battery pack and extending its lifespan.

To ensure the consistency of its cell voltages, SHAPE designed an integrated balancing switch. To enhance its system safety, a low temperature charging protection and under-voltage load lock functions are included. This Hot Swap Power Box includes two Twist D-tap and two LEMO 2-pin ports to provide power to additional accessories. To see its internal battery level, a 3-color LED light system will show you a red, yellow or green light.

SHAPE’s Hot Swap Power Box has a 2-year limited warranty against all manufacturer defects.
