The Renthal Apex stem features our unique new clamping system. This allows much of the stem body material to be removed, whilst retaining the strength and stiffness demanded by modern, wide handlebars. The clamps are inserted over the small diameter section of the handlebar and slid into the centre, giving a 240deg wrap of the handlebar.

The Renthal Apex construction comprises a fully CNC machined 2014 aluminium body and 7075 aluminium clamps. An oversize centre bore, extensive 3-D machining and external webbing maximise structural strength and stiffness and minimise weight.

Continuing Renthal's philosophy of giving the customer the choice in set-up, the stem is available in 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90mm lengths. Each of these sizes can be flipped to give either a +/-6deg rise. This gives options for riders and bikes of all size, type and style.
