This is a set of two gallery-quality fine art prints featuring Bryana's original gouache seascape pair "Winter Diptych with Best Regards to Irish Murdoch." There are only six copies of this limited edition diptych set and each print is numbered, signed, and labeled with pencil in the bottom margin. The prints measure 8x10 inches, including a 0.5 inch white border, and are printed on 230 gsm archival matte paper. Each set is accompanied by a printed and stamped artist statement telling the story of the paintings and documenting the specifications of the prints. All prints are archival and unframed.

I painted this diptych set I painted while listening to an audiobook recording of The Sea, The Sea, and I can’t look at it now without thinking of Murdoch’s sinister, roiling ocean and how reality can be a gift only pain can make us ready to receive.
