The Pontiac side table is a classic mid century inspired bedside table with some lovely bent ply curves. This versatile end table is right at home beside the bed, next to the couch, or between a couple of comfy lounge chairs. It has an ample surface up top to rest your phone or cocktail along side a lamp to light your late night reading. Inside, the bent plywood cradles a healthy stack of magazines and books.
Each one is handmade in my Leonard, MI studio. I start out with 13 layers of sustainably-harvested wood that I glue, layer, mold, trim, sand and finish by hand, so each one is impeccably made and completely unique. Supporting the plywood table top are 4 solid wood tapered legs which attach with angled metal brackets. The satin, non-toxic, all natural oil finish creates a rich, natural look that’s durable and is water- and stain-resistant. It’s applied by hand to ensure complete coverage, optimal thickness and a hand-rubbed lustre that holds for many years to come.

Gentle but very effective in removing all types of makeup

I had been using a different brand of make up remover towelettes for years until one day I opened up a new pack and my eyes swelled up and my skin looked burned around my eyes . A waited a few days & tried it again and same thing - only worse . It seems that the manufacturer changed the formula ( why manufacturers insist on fixing something when it’s not broken is beyond me ). Anyway , I googled and read up on all kinds of make up remover towelets and took note that the Simple Kind to Skin seemed to have the best reviews . I tried them and have been using them ever since . They are non greasy which I love , extremely gentle on the skin but excellent on removing makeup even stubborn waterproof mascara . And they don’t dry out your skin . Good product . Note to manufacturer : please do not EVER change this formula .
