The blade of the Katana Ryosuke is meticulously hand-forged and polished through 12 distinct procedures, resulting in unparalleled quality. Made of tempered T10 steel, it is designed to offer exceptional strength and precision. Sharp and durable, the sword has passed all cutting tests (Tameshigiri) with flying colors, proving effective in both heavy and light cuts. Its solid blade extends to the hilt, ensuring robust resistance to intense impacts and preventing any wobbling during handling. Each katana is handcrafted and sharpened manually, ensuring a precise fit of the components and an impeccable user experience.

• Habaki (blade collar): A metal piece that connects the blade and the scabbard, with both aesthetic and functional roles. Small scratches are normal and do not affect quality.
• Hi: The groove on the opposite side of the edge provides audible feedback during use and makes the sword lighter, while maintaining stability and strength.
• Menuki: Decorations on the hilt, one on each side, add a touch of sophistication and enhance the aesthetics of the sword.
