The Book
This 336-page hardback book is a treasure trove of lore, illustrations, and background information for the far-future setting of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, with comprehensive guides to help you build and paint your collection of models. It also includes the core rules for reenacting the ferocious conflicts of the Age of Darkness with your own armies, and an explanation of different modes of play to suit any hobbyist.
AGE OF DARKNESS
The book opens with a full exploration of the galaxy in which the wars of the Horus Heresy are fought – from its dark past to its shining peak – and the technologies, factions, armies, and ideals that came to dominate it.
– The Age of the Emperor: An overview of humanity's fall and the Imperium's rise. You’ll learn about the Age of Strife from which the Emperor arose, the Great Crusade he began to unite the galaxy under his banner, and some of the most important groups he founded or aligned himself with to support this epic undertaking.
– The Imperium of Mankind: A closer look at the structure of the Imperium at the advent of the Horus Heresy. You’ll learn about some of the most important events, people, and groups that dominated humanity's destiny. This section also explains the significance of the Warp, psykers, and the Imperial Truth – the strict, rationalist philosophy the Emperor imposed on his conquests.
– The Legiones Astartes: The Space Marines are far more than just an army. They’re genetically modified, equipped with the finest wargear, and psycho-indoctrinated in a rigorous and brutal process that creates ideal weapons of war. This massive, in-depth section explains just what goes into creating a Space Marine, illustrates the various types of weapons and power armour employed by the Legions, and provides a dedicated look at each of the 18 Space Marine Legions, including information on their distinctive history, tactics, organisation, and the mighty Primarchs that lead them – as well as a visual guide to their heraldry and colour schemes.

PLAYING THE GAME
You'll then learn how to play Warhammer: the Horus Heresy on the tabletop, with all the core rules you'll need to make full use of its supplements.
– Core Rules: You’ll learn about the general principles of the game, its turns and phases, how to command your units, measure distances, shoot at enemies, and charge into melee. You’ll also learn about Reactions, which allow each player to respond to unfolding events even when it's not their turn.
– Unit Types: The Age of Darkness is dominated by mighty heroes and terrifying war machines. This section explains how to use distinct unit types, such as Characters, Vehicles, and Automata, as well as the unnatural Psychic Powers that can be wielded in battle.
– Terrain: The galaxy is littered with exotic and dangerous battlefields. This section provides rules for using different kinds of terrain on your tabletop, including Barricades, Jungles, and Ruins, as well as how to claim Fortifications and use a variety of Buildings.
– Special Rules: The battles of the Horus Heresy encompass a huge variety of soldiers and equipment, each with their own unique qualities. This section offers a centralised roster of all the universal special rules that govern different units and weapons, from cunning Scouts to explosive Blast weapons.
GAMING IN THE AGE OF DARKNESS
This final section provides an overview of the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy hobby, whether setting up games or building an army of your own.
– Showcase: The book includes a photographic showcase of seven stunning Legiones Astartes armies from different hobbyists, including commentary on how they chose to collect, build, and paint that faction. It also offers four battlefield showcases, demonstrating the cinematic ways you can recreate the settings of the Age of Darkness.
– Modes of Play: Different hobbyists enjoy different kinds of gameplay. This section breaks down the various ways to play your games, including the broad categories of Narrative Play, Matched Play, and Open Play, as well as Campaigns and even team games.

Love Native
Scent: Buttercream & French Vanilla
Great deodorant that’s aluminum free. Love all the Native deodorants. Helps keep body odor at bay. Goes on smooth and doesn’t tug on skin. If switching from an aluminum deodorant to this, give your body some time to adjust. Purchase all kinds of different scent and love them all. May leave some white marks on shirts if shirt rubs against your underarms.

Best deodorant I have ever tried!
Scent: Powder & Cotton
This is by far the best deodorant I have ever used! I purchased the powder and cotton scent. It is such a nice fresh scent and lasts all day long even through workouts. The is not over powering though. It just smells clean and fresh. I have tried other Native deodorants before and never really loved any of them but I decided to give it another try in this scent because I was looking for a healthier option. I would highly recommend this product and I will be repurchasing. Also I feel like this scent is suitable for men or women.

Absolutely Delicious
Scent: Buttercream & French Vanilla

I'm in australia and Native is not stocked here. I bought this from amazon US and had it shipped to a package forwarding company in the US who then forwarded it to me. It costs a fortune to buy this way but I was keen to try this. Despite the high cost, I'm glad I bought this because it's AMAZING.
(I have since checked and it looks like I can get it shipped directly to me in australia which I will do next time. For this purchase I was buying lots of things that could only be shipped to US locations so I just had everything shipped to the forwarding company)
Review:
The scent is absolutely delicious. I had high hopes based on the product name being buttercream and french vanilla, and I am so pleasantly surprised they were met. My goal is to smell like a bakery so I exclusively seek scented products in that realm. (vanilla, caramel, candy, syrup, maple, sugar, buttercream, etc) This product is definitely a win. It's hard to find hygiene products that have those scents in australia. But I'm glad this is available even if it's not sold here officially.
It genuinely smells like vanilla and buttercream. It's like a creme brulee; soft warm vanilla custard gooey goodness. With a creamy buttery vanilla whipped buttercream piped on top. OMG it's the best smelling product in my entire hygiene cupboard. And I'm very particular about this so that is quite an achievement!
The texture is thick and creamy the way a balm should be. It's solid and firm in the container but when you wipe it onto your skin is applies nicely. Not too thick or streaky or weird. Perfectly, the way a lip balm glides across your skin in the perfect thickness. It soaked into my skin quickly enough that I wasn't worried about putting clothes on top and getting the product on the fabric.
I applied it after my morning shower, and a few hours later I tried to smell it again but couldn't. I smelled nothing. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to keep smelling the vanilla buttercreamness, but to be fair it's extremely hot in australia right now so I was probably sweating a lot. I couldn't smell body odour though so that's a win to me. By the end of the day I did feel a little wet in my underarm area but again, it's extremely hot here so this isn't a surprise.
The next time I tried it, I tried it at midnight after an evening shower. When I woke up the next day I could still smell the buttercream vanillaness of it. So I think scent longevity depends on how much you sweat or how much the product gets rubbed away by clothing as you move throughout the day. And I wasn't wet like the day before. I obviously didn't sweat a lot during the night so the product had the chance to perform really well and it kept me smelling sweet and kept me dry.
Because of how much I paid for this I don't want to use it every day and let it run out quickly. But it's 100% going to be a permanent addition to my life, as long as they keep making it.
All in all this is amazing and I will buy it again, but hopefully I'll find a cheaper way next time lol
I'd really love it if Native sarted being stocked in australia! I'd love to try their shampoos and conditioners next.

Works fairly well! Smells good.
Scent: Sweet Peach & Nectar
This works really good, it has a sweet peach smell to it and lasts for most of the day. After a long day the sweat makes it smell odd to me as my partner doesn't notice a change. Ive only used it after my showers since im afraid it might change the smell if I reapply throughout the day. When i get a new one i will try that and update if it makes me smell decent still after a few uses or if it starts to stink.
It hasn't caused any irritation to my skin.
I do like how easy it is to roll both ways and it doesn't get stuck like most deodorants I've used. Though I dont like how it visibly sticks to my clothes as it takes a bit to dry.

LOVE it! Easy to use, pigment is perfect, lasts all day!
Color: Black Brown, Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 2)
I am a victim of early childhood bullying by my brother, who used me for the butt of all his jokes. My eyebrows for one. Always saying they were so think, I looked like the character from the guy from the Muppets Bert or Ernie. Always pointing them out and ridiculing me in front of everyone. I was little and it got worse as I got older, so when I was in grade school, I got tired of it and got ahold of my older sister's Nair hair removal and took them off. Imagine being in fifth grade fat, ugly and no brows, the taunting got even worse, so I had to learn from a young age to draw them in, I went through hell!
Throughout the years, I learned how to draw them in and always used Jordana pencils as they were cheap and perfect. Since they no longer make them anyone, I went on the hunt for a better pencil, and after spending tons of money on eyebrow pencils and seeing how worthless they were, I tried these and OMG, FINALLY, someone got it right. These pencils are perfect, it's a self sharpening mechanical pencil so you don't loose half the pencil when trying to sharpen, It applies perfectly, the coverage is perfect, stays on forever, and removes with ease. One other thing that makes this pencil even more dynamic is the eraser at the end of the pencil, it allows you to shape your brows perfectly!
