A. Freeze-dried breakfast: MEXICAN SCRAMBLED EGGS (x1)
Scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese. Ready in 10 minutes. Enlarged portion. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Net weight: 80 g.
Ingredients of ready-to-use product: vegetables (red bell pepper, onion, sweet corn, red bean) 53 %, egg mix 39 %, sheep's cheese 3,5 %, olive oil, coriander leaves, salt, garlic, dried chili.
Nutritional information per 100 g: energy: 2020/484 kJ/kcal, fat: 28 g, of which saturates: 8,5 g, carbohydrate: 24 g, of which sugars: 9,3 g, fibre: 8,9 g, protein: 29 g, salt: 2,8 g.
Preparation: 1. Tear off at the notch. 2. Remove the oxygen absorber. 3. Add 208 ml of water. 4. Stir thoroughly. 5. Close and follow the instructions on the heater. Can be prepared without the use of a heater by adding 208 ml of hot, boiled water - fill line No. 3 (see inside). Stir thoroughly, close and wait 9 minutes. Open the zipper, stir again.

B. Freeze-dried dessert: CREMA CATALANA (x1)
Egg yolk and milk custard with orange peel and cinnamon. Ready in 10 minutes. Enlarged portion. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Ingredients of ready-to-use product: milk 78 %, egg yolk 11 %, sugar, potato flour, orange peel 1,5 %, cinnamon.
Nutritional information per 100 g: energy: 1993/475 kJ/kcal, fat: 21 g, of which saturates: 11 g, carbohydrate: 53 g, of which sugars: 43 g, fibre: 2,4 g, protein: 17 g, salt: 0,48 g.

Fruit smoothie powder with spinach, nettle and ginger with an included practical cup. Just add cold water and stir.

Ingredients: freeze-dried fruits in powder (apple 36,6 %, kiwi 36,6 %, pineapple 20 %), spinach 3 %, nettle 3 %, ginger 0,8 %.

D. Freeze-dried INSTANT COFFEE (x1)
100% premium Arabica with a rich flavor and intense aroma. Ideal both for preparing a larger serving of coffee and for a classic espresso. The packaging also functions as a cup and is compatible with flameless heaters.

Preparation: 1. Add water according to your preference: large – 250 ml, medium – 180 ml, espresso – 30 ml. 2. Close the zipper and mix thoroughly. 3. Place the coffee packaging and your selected meal in the heating bag. 4. Follow the instructions provided on the heater. The coffee can be prepared without the heater by adding the desired amount of hot boiled water.
