Thanks to its exceptional consistency and uniform grain size, sera marin salt dissolves swiftly and leaves no residues, resulting in crystal clear marine water. It helps to establish natural GH and KH levels, while being rich in calcium and magnesium in biologically suitable proportions. The pH value is kept stable and accurate, thanks to the natural buffering system found in sera marin salt.

Through a unique process, sera marin salt retains trace elements in a manner that keeps them consistently dissolved and available for extended periods. This salt does not include any substances that could artificially boost protein skimmer performance. Moreover, it is free from nitrates, silicates, and phosphates.

Sera (sea salt without nitrates, phosphates, and silicates) is rich in calcium and all essential trace elements required for successfully cultivating ornamental algae and lower resins in seawater. It contains a blend of special substances that aid in the removal of harmful elements such as heavy metals and copper. The salt dissolves rapidly and without leaving deposits. With its natural buffering capability, it ensures an optimal and stable pH level.

Instructions for use: Dissolve Sera marin salt (approximately 33 g per liter of water) to achieve a water density of 1.022 to 1.024 g/ml in a container using treated water (osmosis) or chlorine-free tap water. Aerate for 24 hours or thoroughly mix with a submersible pump to introduce oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Warning: Avoid dissolving sea salt directly in an active aquarium! We suggest replacing 5-10% of the aquarium water monthly and treating it with sera aquatan and sera bio reef clear to enhance water quality. When setting up a new aquarium, treat the water with Sera aquatan and Sera bio reef clear, and allow the aquarium, along with the connected equipment (pumps, heaters, filter...), to run for at least 14 days to ensure biological stabilization before adding any fish.
