The vertical mount windlass is easy to install with an AISI 316 Stainless Steel base and fitted with the new 100% recyclable technopolymer gearbox. Featuring an integrated sensor and magnet for chain counter and a manual free fall system. The Quick windlass features a 6mm (1 4") gypsy which is suitable for 6mm ISO chain.

Fairly effective.
While I didn't bother reading instructions, it functioned as I intuitively thought with some slight troubleshooting.
For example, using the correct USB-C for power or data. Connections to support an external monitor needs power toggling occasionally. Patience paid off.
Expected a subpar Chinese knock-off (with questionable safety standards). But works very well, but can get warm.

Lots of great uses for this.
This hub is essential for a Quest or other virtual reality headset if you want to stream HDMI video to it. It allows you to hook up the HDMI source AND a power supply to feed to the headset to prevent the battery from running down.
