We all love pancakes and waffles made from scratch, but who has the time? You do, thanks to our Organic Multi-Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix, made with pantry staples you'd reach for yourself. Bob's Signature Blend of premium flours is your delicious shortcut to fluffy, homemade pancakes and crisp, golden waffles every time!
Suggested use
Pancakes
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill® Organic Multi-Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Water
Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
Makes about 8 pancakes.
Waffles
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill® Organic Multi-Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Water
Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles.
Makes 2 waffles.
