While this guitar takes inspiration from the surf guitars of the ’60s, the Surfliner Deluxe’s modernized HSS pickup combo can cover almost any style you can throw at it! The Guild HB-2 mini humbucker bridge pickup provides a full, punchy tone that’s equally at home with twangy tremolo picking as it is with fuzzed-out garage rock lead tones. Two Aerosonic pickups in the middle and the neck position bring the single-coil clarity, ideal for players looking to capture more traditional offset-style guitar tones.

The Surfliner Deluxe sports a beautiful rosewood-on-maple neck that’s loaded with features to deliver a versatile and comfortable playing experience. The 10-inch fingerboard radius is curved enough to deliver both easy open-position playing and wide enough to prevent your bends from choking out when exploring the Surfliner Deluxe’s higher register.
