The System A Bundle from Vaddio delivers a dedicated USB audio conferencing solution tailored for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. It combines high-quality pickup, integrated amplification, and a compact sound bar into a single, easy-to-deploy package. Designed for PC-based unified communications applications, System A works seamlessly with popular platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, making it ideal when the loudspeaker is co-located with the room’s LCD display. The bundle is engineered to minimize setup time, reduce cabling clutter, and provide room-filling, intelligible audio without the complexity of separate components. Whether you’re equipping a sales briefing corner, a training nook, or a quick collaboration corner in an office, System A offers a reliable, plug-and-play experience that helps participants hear clearly and be heard with confidence.

  • All-in-one USB audio conferencing solution: System A brings together the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp, EasyMic Table MicPOD, and the EasyTALK Sound Bar in a compact, coherent package. This integration eliminates the guesswork of matching disparate devices and cables, so you can install quickly and focus on productive conversations. The streamlined design helps you reclaim valuable table space in tight rooms while delivering professional-grade sound reproduction for every attendee.
  • Optimized for small rooms and co-located loudspeakers: The System A configuration is specifically tuned for environments where the loudspeaker is mounted near or beneath the room’s LCD display. This arrangement minimizes feedback risks, ensures a natural listening field for remote participants, and preserves a clear line of sight between participants and the display. The mic pickup pattern, combined with the sound bar’s output, creates a balanced audio profile that makes conversations feel lively and natural rather than “echoey” or distant.
  • Plug-and-play USB connectivity with broad UC compatibility: Designed to work with PC-based unified communications apps, System A delivers a driverless, USB Audio Class experience on most modern computers. Just connect the USB cable to your computer, select the EasyTALK bundle as your default input and output device in your OS settings, and you’re ready to join a meeting. It supports major platforms and services, so IT teams can standardize from one solution across teams and rooms, reducing IT overhead and ensuring consistent performance across sessions.
  • High-quality microphone array and beam-forming performance: The EasyMic Table MicPOD captures voice with clarity and intelligibility, delivering tight pickup across a small room with minimal ambient noise interference. Paired with the EasyTALK Sound Bar, which provides room-filling, evenly distributed output, System A ensures every participant is heard clearly—front row or back row—while maintaining a comfortable listening level for people near the display. This combination is especially effective for collaborative sessions, brainstorming rounds, and training scenarios where precise audio capture and reproduction are essential.
  • Cost-effective, space-friendly design with reliable operation: By integrating components into a single system, System A reduces the total cost of ownership, lowers installation labor, and minimizes maintenance. The compact form factor fits easily on a conference table or small credenza, and the absence of multiple external devices reduces cable clutter. For organizations embracing hybrid work models, System A provides a dependable, consistent audio experience that can scale with future needs.

How to install Vaddio EasyTALK USB Audio Bundle - System A

  • Plan the layout in your small room to position the EasyMic Table MicPOD for optimal table coverage and minimal blind spots. Place the mic pod within easy reach of participants, ensuring it doesn’t obstruct the display or anyone’s line of sight.
  • Unpack the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp and connect the EasyMic Table MicPOD to the mixer’s mic input using the supplied cable. Confirm all connections are snug and avoid crossing cables over the display or power supplies to reduce interference.
  • Mount or place the EasyTALK Sound Bar under or near the room display to deliver balanced, intelligible audio to the audience. Connect the sound bar to the mixer’s output (or to the USB audio path as required by your specific model configuration) following the included guidance.
  • Connect the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp to your computer with the provided USB cable. Ensure the device is recognized by your operating system as a USB audio device. This step is typically plug-and-play, requiring no additional drivers for standard UC applications.
  • Open your PC’s sound settings and select the EasyTALK USB Audio Bundle as your default input and output device. Launch your preferred unified communications app (for example, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Cisco Webex) and perform a quick audio test to ensure microphone levels and speaker output are balanced and free of distortion.
  • In your UC app, select the System A device profile (or the corresponding USB device name) as the microphone and speaker configuration, then run a short test call to verify intelligibility for both far-end participants and local attendees. If needed, adjust volume levels on the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp to fine-tune the balance between mic pickup and sound-bar playback.

Frequently asked questions

  • Q: What room size is System A best suited for? A: System A is designed for small rooms and huddle spaces where a co-located loudspeaker works with the display. The compact design and integrated components are ideal for environments that require high-quality audio without the complexity of larger AV systems.
  • Q: Which software platforms does System A support? A: System A is built to work with PC-based unified communications applications. It supports major platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, and other UC apps that recognize standard USB audio devices. For best results, ensure your UC app is updated to the latest version and select the System A device in the audio settings.
  • Q: Do I need any drivers for System A? A: In most setups, System A is USB class-compliant and driverless, delivering plug-and-play operation. If your computer or UC software requires specific audio drivers for advanced features, those would come from the OS or UC app, not from System A itself.
  • Q: Can System A be expanded or daisy-chained with other audio devices? A: System A is designed as a self-contained USB bundle for small rooms. For larger rooms or multi-zone installations, consider separate solutions or consult Vaddio for recommendations on scalable configurations that maintain consistent audio quality across spaces.
  • Q: Is there a remote or on-device control for volume? A: The EasyUSB Mixer/Amp provides local control for mic gain and output levels. Depending on your setup, you can adjust levels on the mixer and/or in the UC application to achieve optimal sound for participants in the room and on the call.
  • Q: What maintenance is required after installation? A: Routine checks include verifying mic and speaker connections, confirming software update status for UC apps, and periodically testing the audio path during meetings to ensure consistent performance. System A’s integrated design minimizes routine maintenance compared with multi-device configurations.

TOO SMALL
Size: Medium, Color: Blue
Nice socks, but they are way too small. Says they fit size 6 - 10. I kept 3 ( I wear size 8) and gave 3 to my daughter (size 8.5). We both agreed that they were just too small.

Excellent all-poly athletic socks for general lifting and HIIT.
Size: Medium, Color: Black/White/Grey
***These are NOT “low” -cut socks as the description in the title states. These are actually “quarter”-cut socks as clearly visible in the picture of the sock itself. “Low” -cut socks are shorter than this height but still visible with a shoe. Also, on the actual UA package of these socks, it clearly states these are QUARTER cut socks. My review: Gave these UA Performance Tech socks (UAPT) 5 stars since they’re very good but in all reality not the best socks I’ve ever had for lifting and HIIT workouts. That title goes to Nike Dri-Fit MAX socks (DFM)….but these socks are really good. Like Nike’s DFM’s, these UAPT socks come in sizes, halleluah (M, L, and XL). The idea that most athletic sock are sized 6-12 and should therefore fit everyone perfectly is absolutely ridiculous. Your shoes come in whole and half sizes…so socks should at the very least be sized like these UAPT’s and Nike DFM’s…in S/M/L or in this case, M/L/XL. I wear a men’s size 8 shoe and the M (medium) size in these socks was a perfect fit; true to size. Also, UAPT socks are ALL polyester with Spandex which is ideal and 100% that which you want for athletic socks: wicking with stretch. Cotton socks are the absolute worst thing you could wear to the gym since they’re sponges for sweat and therefore get wet and heavy, cause blisters, tend to stink, stick to skin, etc… IF you prefer cotton socks for athletics, then you don’t understand how performance fabrics work in athletics and training. You do NOT want cotton in your athletic apparel. You want your fabrics that wick sweat away; NOT soak up sweat and hold onto it. Also, the flexibility and stretch of the foot and ankle parts of the sock were both just right. Snug but not too tight. Wicking is perfect, too. Already worn during two 3 1/2 hour workouts and my feet stayed as dry as a desert. When looking for UA athletic socks on Amazon, I surprisingly continued to find UA “athletic” socks made with mostly cotton which completely surprised me because a serious athletic company should produce an abundance of performance-level socks… i.e. all-poly socks. Thank goodness I finally came across these UA all-poly Performance Techs. The only drawback to these UAPT’s…and it’s a minor drawback…is that unlike Nike DFM’s, these do not come in L & R (left and rights) to specifically match the individual foot shape. Nike DFM socks come in L and R which sets them apart from all other athletic socks…and yet I don’t like supporting a massive monopolistic athletic apparel company like Nike, but they’re the only one that makes THE best athletic sock. Nonetheless, these UAPT’s are perfect workout/HIIT/lifting socks for the bundle value price of six pair and three colors. If you’re looking to match your new UA or Rock shoes with the appropriate UA athletic sock, then here you go. I chose the black/white/gray mix bundle since I have new pairs of a black and a white version of the same UA-Rock shoe. These UAPT socks are medium thickness so they didn’t take up an exorbitant amount of room in my shoes but they’re thick enough to prevent blisters and provide cushion. Overall they’re very comfortable, hold a good stretch, hold their shape, and seem to be durable but only time will tell. And since we’re on the black and white sock subject, I couldn’t resist: I read a shoe review about someone angered that his new UA/Rock black shoes (obviously bought for casual wear in lieu of gym use) staining his white cotton socks. First of all, never ever wear white socks (much less cotton white socks) with black athletic shoes! The possibility of staining is always there and the appearance just doesn’t work. However, you can get away with black socks with white shoes in some cases…but never white socks with black shoes. Why? Who knows? It’s just one of those unwritten rules of the gym. And no, I didn’t make the rules…so don’t blame the messenger. LOL!
