Easy to Operate: The commericial slushy machine is equipped with LED light, even at night, you can clearly see the viscocity of the slushy. The temperature and the slushy statusl can be set by pressing the keys of  Add and Subtract.The mixing shafts in each bowl can also be independently controlled. Tip: Minimum sugar content must not be less than 13%, lf liquid with alcohol, the temperature need to be set around -9℃ (15.8℉).
Slushy Mode:mixture temperature will be 5℉ ~ 28.4℉ (-15℃ ~ -2℃), Cool Drink / Night Mode: mixture temperature will be 35.6~50℉（2℃~10℃), keep the drink fresh. Recommended temperature setting for cold drinks is 41℉/ 5°C. Simply press the button and enjoy an iced drink.
