The Wintering Witch’s Self-Care Kit was created for those quieter chapters of life: long evenings, tender moods, emotional fatigue, and the slow work of restoration. This is not hurried self-care or performative wellness. It is practical ritual. Gentle tending. A soft place to land when the world feels loud.

Every element in this kit is handmade or carefully sourced, rooted in personal story, small-batch craft, and the belief that ordinary objects can become tools of devotion when used with intention.

Each kit arrives in a reusable woven basket and includes the following ritual companions:

Oatmeal & Flower Bath Soak (in burlap sachet)

A soothing blend of finely milled oats and calming botanicals designed to soften the skin and quiet the body after long days.

The soak is packaged in a rustic burlap sachet to keep your bath water smooth and mess-free. You may place the bag directly into the tub as it fills, or pour the contents into the water if you prefer a looser soak. Both methods offer the same gentle comfort.

Hand-blended Nervous System Tea (caffeine-free)

A gentle daily companion for frazzled nerves, emotional fatigue, and quiet evenings.

This herbal blend was developed and hand-blended by me in small batches to support the body’s natural stress response while offering soft heart comfort and subtle floral sweetness. It is meant to be returned to again and again—before bed, after difficult days, or whenever your shoulders sit too close to your ears.

Ingredients: Milky oat tops, chamomile, rose petals, lemon balm, damiana, stevia leaf

Why these herbs

Milky oat tops – deeply nourishing for the nervous system; supports burnout recovery and emotional steadiness

Chamomile – calming and digestive-soothing; supports rest and relaxation

Rose petals – heart-supportive and emotionally softening

Lemon balm – gently uplifting; eases tension and mental restlessness

Damiana – traditional nervine for mood balance and stress support

Stevia leaf – gentle natural sweetness

Gentle cautions

 Not recommended during pregnancy or while trying to conceive.

 Avoid if allergic to plants in the daisy family (chamomile).

Love Anointing Oil

A small-batch ritual oil created to support self-connection, gentleness, and emotional warmth during the inward season.

Blended by hand using essential oils of rosemary, lavender, cardamom, and rose geranium, this oil may be applied to pulse points, used to dress candles, or incorporated into personal rituals of rest, reflection, and renewal.

Hand-made Tealight Candle (herbs & crystals)

Each tealight is hand-poured and dressed with botanicals and crystals, crafted as a small anchor for intention-setting and quiet ritual.

Light it while steeping your tea, before bathing, during journaling, or at the threshold of sleep as a signal to your nervous system that it is safe to soften.

Scallop Shell

A natural shell to hold your candle or burn wand.

These shells come from the boat of my partner Raymond’s father, who was a scallop boat captain in Virginia. Each shell carries a story of tide, labor, salt air, and working hands—a simple offering from the sea, woven into your ritual space as a reminder that lineage and memory live in ordinary things.
