WeldingCity® 1-AWG Heavy Duty Welding Cable EPDM Rubber Jacketed Made in U.S.A.USA made heavy duty 1 AWG (1 Gauge) welding cable for use where maximum flexibility and resistance to cuts, tears, abrasion is required. Highly flexible stranded No. 30 bare copper conductor insulated with a high grade RoHS compliant EPDM (black). A paper separator is utilized to enhance stripability. Maximum conductor operating temperature is 105C in circuits not exceeding 600 Volts. Minimum temperature rating is 50C. Cable meets the UL VW 1 flame

  • USA-made heavy duty 1-AWG (1 Gauge) welding cable for use where maximum flexibility and resistance to cuts, tears, abrasion is required.
  • Highly flexible stranded No.30 bare copper conductor insulated with a high grade RoHS compliant EPDM (black). A paper separator is utilized to enhance stripability.
  • Maximum conductor operating temperature is 105°C in circuits not exceeding 600 Volts. Minimum temperature rating is -50°C.
  • Cable meets the UL VW-1 flame test outlined in UL1581. SAE J1127 stranding.
  • Resistant to chemicals, oils, and acids and is also weather, ozone and sunlight resistant.

    • National Electrical Code article 630 electric welders
    • Power supply applications not exceeding 600 volts AC

I purchased this suit for my boyfriend to wear to a party. I ordered an XL, he is 6'6" and 230lbs, initially the fit was fantastic and looks amazing but after wearing it and moving around in it for about 30 minutes, the pants started to slip down. The fabric has quite a bit of spandex in it and tends to stretch out after wearing for a little bit, it fits great right after it has been dried but then stretches out again. I ended up taking in the waist a little bit so the pants stay up, a large would likely have been a better fit. But he always looks amazing when he wears it and gets lots of compliments on the fun pattern. Definitely worth it!
