The new Tweaker is a freestyle focused true twin that’s built to pop ollies, toss tricks, and carve creative lines in any terrain.

A True Twin shape, buttery flex and True Camber profile give the Tweaker a playful, evenly balanced board feel, but don’t mistake the Tweaker for your average freestyle twin. The Tweaker’s unique double radius nose and tail profile maximise the running length of the blunted shape and offer amazing float, while the V-core profiling on the Tweaker’s Classic Core makes the flex softer between the feet for nimble maneuverability and stiffer in the tips for supreme stomp-ability. The Tweaker has Traction Tech 2.0 edges for added edge grip riding through rough snow, and the spooned nose and tail edges on the 3D Contour Base 3.0 reduce edge catch and make it easy to butter and board slide. Finished with a Sintered 8000 base and an Eco-plastic topsheet, the Tweaker is a durable and high performance modern manifestation of a timeless true twin snowboard shape.

Features:

• 3D Contour Base 3.0: Freeride focused 3D-base contours featuring an even balance of 7mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 7mm of spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts at the rocker point.
• 3D Contour Bases are designed to make every run smoother and every turn more effortless by reducing the drag of the board tips. 3D Contour Bases enhance glide and improve float helping you ride faster and with better flow.
• Traction Tech 3.0: Traction Tech 3.0 features three bumps per edge (front binding, board center, back binding). The middle bump is slightly bigger than the outside bumps for better grip.
• Progressive Sidecut: At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.
• V-Core 3.0: Jones exclusive wood core profiling that offers a stable and playful board feel. The wood core is softer between the feet for easy turn initiation and stiffer in the nose and tail for stability riding through uneven terrain and landing airs.
• Double Radius Tips
• Blunt Nose: How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep, is dictated by it’s front contact point and just past it. Next time you are in soft snow watch how much snow comes over the corner of the nose near the contact point. The billowing snow coming out from behind the tip means you are plowing through it which is obviously slowing you down. By adding a blunt nose you get the float benefits of a much longer nose without the ‘snow plow’ rounded tip and it’s extra swing weight. - Jeremy Jones

Profile: Camber

A traditional full camber profile that offers the insane edge response of camber without the usual hang-ups. The camber radius tapers into the beveled 3D Contour Base at the tips which releases the edges where they like to hook and balances the pop and directional stability of camber with a looser, less-catchy feel.

Shape: Twin

A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring a skateboard style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.
