在每一個戰地國家，我見證了無數的悲劇和希望。敘利亞難民營裡孩子們的笑容、葉門大學生對人生的期盼，戰地醫院裡無助母親的失落等，這些畫面都深深烙印在我的記憶中。戰爭帶來了無盡的痛苦，但同時也讓人們更加堅強，更加珍惜和平的可貴。這本書的寫作過程中，我不斷反思作為記者的角色和責任。我們報導戰爭，揭露真相，但我們能改變什麼？
希望這本書能夠帶給讀者些許的啟發和反思。我們生活在一個動蕩的世界，每一個人的行動都可能影響到他人的命運。臺灣雖然面對中國的威脅，但整體而言，仍然是個幸福安逸的國家，當戰爭世代逐漸凋零，包括我在內的多數人都不曾親身經歷過戰爭的無情。

Love the simple perfect shape

The problem of the sides rubbing can be solved by stepping on the back till flat as if wearing sandals. This bends the side enough to never rub again when worn in the normal way.
