For best fit when choosing your size:

• Knee or elbow - Measure the circumference 3" above your joint
• Ankle - Measure the circumference from the back of the heel to the front of your ankle
• All other body parts - Measure the circumference in the middle of the body part

Note: Freeze Sleeve is not intended to get wet. If your sleeve gets wet, let air dry until it is completely dry. Always store Freeze Sleeve in a plastic bag while in the freezer.
