How to play with coloured rice : Pouring,scooping.
Transfering(from one container to another)
Adding the rice to a closed container shaking it produces a unique auditory stimulation(one can try the same with other edibles like dried beans or mixing flour and rice etc.) each element produces a unique sound.
Writing letters (alphabets) /numbers in rice.
In crafts for sticking colored rice to create art.

Care Instructions : If touched with wet hands colour transfer can occur and washing will remove the colour. If rainbow rice comes in contact with water, the colour tends to come away (that portion of rice is to be discarded).

Easy to study and understand

This book is easy to read and i tend to recall information better after reading it. It breaks down topics and focused on the important information or a must to know for NCLEX. I will recommend this book to anyone taking NCLEX.

Great book!

I am still in nursing school- but I like to try read and gain knowledge ahead of time. I do this so that with upcoming semesters, the concepts are not completely foreign to me and I’m not blindsided by new topics. I have been following a lot of the YouTube videos with Mark and Dr. Sharon and have found them very educational even while in nursing school. I purchased this book and I really am happy with it. I was hoping it would have offer more info in it , maybe some more facts here and there but it’s basically an answer bank. It does have some small facts but they are not in depth at all- just mainly recall information. It really is based off just past memory from your education. For me personally, I find this book pretty useful to have if you feel confident in all topics- and plan to go for your NCLEX..however, if you’re still a bit rusty on some topics, you won’t really be able to rely solely on this book to brush up on information- not in a manner of depth (which I guess is the point). I think applying his lectures, listening to their YouTube videos and applying this book would make the ultimate go-to. The book alone is wonderful- but it’s simply just answer banks to help recall the info. Which is great if you’re looking for strictly recall.
I was fortunate enough to find his lectures on Reddit along with some of the “yellow pages” from other students. I can apply that with this book and be confident in upcoming tests , as his lectures are incredible.

The Blue Book

I am sooooooo happy I bought this book!! It breaks down nursing into easy understandable language. Certain things I was struggling with like ABG’s and acid base balance, this book makes it easy to understand. Thank you Mark Klimek!
