PURPOSE: Authentic bourbon barrel heads make a great base for man cave wall decor. Truth be told, they're a great way to add rustic flair to any garage, basement, tavern or pub too. For the guy who already has everything, get a unique piece of man cave wall decor!

HISTORY: Our whiskey barrel heads come directly from Kentucky and Tennessee distilleries, so you'll likely receive one with a maker's mark. They were once used to make the best American whiskey and bourbon, so they will have a faint aroma and character to show for it.  As reclaimed pieces you'll be giving each piece of man cave wall decor new life in your home bar, game room or garage.

CONSTRUCTION: Whiskey barrel heads are about 22 inches in diameter and come from reclaimed charred oak barrels. Prior to printing we secure a sturdy backer board to the bottom of the lid to make sure all the wood slats are held together as tightly as possible. Then we sand, print, and seal your man cave wall decor for a lifetime of beauty.  We add a heavy-duty D-Ring to the back for instant display. Note - due to the real whiskey/bourbon aging process you'll usually see imperfections in the wood.

    Excellent quality. Sturdy and strong. The screws that come with it are awful. Get yourself some different ones. Takes a while to set it up and get it all measured. I did it while I was setting up my new Flexi-spot E7 Plus standing desk. Wanted to get it all done at the same time. At first. I thought it might be overkill, but I am sooooo glad I did get this. Now my computer moves along with the desk. It looks great. I bet it has improved the air flow around my computer as well. Looks sleek and cool. I might have set it a bit too tight around my case and as a result I have to shimmy it to get it out of the holder if I have to do any work on the computers internals. But at least I know it's secure. My suggestion would be to leave a little bit of slack to avoid this in your setup. Maybe like a 1/4 inch would be ok. The pads should hold it in place anyway. May loosen mine up if I find the time. But it feels totally secure on the desk with no wobble or shaking. Great product. Also I'm a woman in my late fifties 😃and I was able to set it all up on my own. So don't be intimidated ladies, you can do it too. I also bought two of the ultimate set up cable management trays. Great products. Note for anyone from the Ultimate Setup company who might read this. Please provide better quality wood screws and some extra ones) I stripped three of the cheap ones that came with this. And it took forever to drill them in because they weren't strong enough. Then it would be perfect.
