The EAW MK2394i-WP is a high-performance 600W passive 2-way loudspeaker designed for a variety of venues, ranging from smaller spaces such as houses of worship, auditoriums, corporate A/V systems, hotel ballrooms, and meeting rooms, to larger venues like stadiums, arenas, nightclubs, and themed entertainment complexes. This loudspeaker excels both as a primary PA system and as a distributed fill speaker, offering versatility and exceptional sound quality. With its sleek finish and IP56 rating, the MK2394i-WP is perfect for environments requiring both aesthetic appeal and reliable performance under challenging conditions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

At the heart of the MK2394i-WP is a 12-inch low-frequency (LF) driver with a 3-inch voice coil and a 1.4-inch exit, 3-inch voice coil high-frequency (HF) compression driver. The HF driver is horn-loaded, ensuring high output with excellent clarity across the frequency range. The 90° x 45° beamwidth horn design provides wide, consistent coverage throughout the listening area, ensuring that the sound is evenly distributed across the venue. This directivity and consistent coverage allow the MK2394i-WP to deliver high-fidelity sound even in larger venues, making it ideal for both speech and music applications. The horn design has been optimized to achieve smooth performance across the high-frequency passband, maintaining clear and intelligible sound.

The MK2394i-WP utilizes advanced technology in its crossover and filter design, which includes EAW's beamwidth-matching technology to ensure seamless integration of the LF and HF drivers. This design eliminates phase discrepancies and frequency discontinuities that are often present in two-way loudspeakers, ensuring a uniform power response across the entire frequency range. Users can operate the MK2394i-WP in either single-amp or bi-amp modes, with bi-amping providing greater flexibility and control by allowing an external processor to independently manage the LF and HF drivers. This results in improved sound quality and system performance, particularly in more complex audio setups.

With an operating range of 65 Hz to 19 kHz, the MK2394i-WP ensures full-range sound reproduction, providing deep bass and crisp highs. The axial sensitivity is rated at 95 dB (LF/HF), 97 dB (LF), and 106 dB (HF), ensuring that the speaker can deliver clear sound even at higher output levels. With a calculated axial output limit of 123 dB (average) and 129 dB (peak) for the LF/HF section, and 125 dB (average) and 131 dB (peak) for the LF section, the MK2394i-WP can achieve a maximum SPL of 140 dB, allowing it to perform in high-output applications without distortion.

Constructed from exterior-grade Baltic birch plywood, the MK2394i-WP boasts durability and acoustical efficiency. Its wear-resistant textured finish not only ensures that the speaker can withstand the rigors of daily use but also allows it to blend seamlessly into any environment. The powder-coated perforated steel grille provides additional protection to the internal components while maintaining optimal sound transparency. With dimensions of 30 x 15.54 x 14.75 inches and a weight of 60 lbs, the MK2394i-WP strikes a balance between portability and durability. It is ideal for both permanent installations and portable applications, offering flexible mounting options such as wall mounting, pole mounting, or suspension in arrays for various installation needs.

Brilliant! I have been convinced for that the opening ...
Format: Paperback
Brilliant! I have been convinced for some time that the opening verses of I John were speaking about the resurrection and not the incarnation per se. Not that these two are opposed to one another, which is evident from Jensen's title: resurrection presupposes incarnation, but what John has specifically in mind in his letter's opening is the resurrection. So, when John says in his opening "That which was from the beginning, which we heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and have touched with our hands concerning the word of life..." What was heard, seen, looked upon, and touched was the resurrected Christ (cf. John 20:24-29). And next, "the life was manifest" would mean the new life Jesus was resurrected to, that is eternal life never to die again. And now what John has seen and heard concerning the resurrection he has proclaimed to the recipients of his letter. Moreover, it is the resurrection that confirms that Jesus is the Christ; it is his vindication by the Father that he was exactly who he claimed to be and was unjustly put to death by his fellow Jews. This then means that the major conflict taken up within the letter is over the resurrection. To deny the resurrection is to deny that Jesus is the Christ and vice versa. In fact, this is the spirit of the antichrist. Jensen goes into much more detail than this, and provides a reading of the entirety of the letter through the lens of the resurrection. His reading is overall successful and convincing. There is a portion here or there that I would differ from him, but Jensen's thesis is sound and makes remarkable sense of John's epistle. I highly recommend this book.

LOVE MY SINK CADDY!
Color: Black
This caddy is such a game changer for my kitchen. It keeps everything neat and in one place AND no more clutter around the sink! I can fit my soap, sponges, and brushes easily, and it still looks nice on the counter. The drying base really works too! It absorbs water fast and doesn’t get gross like other trays I’ve had. It’s sturdy, doesn’t slip, and even looks kind of decorative. Definitely worth it!
