These rear seat entertainment systems must be original factory installed units. If your system was not installed at the factory, this Mercedes DVD remote control will not work for you. For example, if your dealership installed your DVD system, or you have a Best Buy system (such as AudioVox or Invision) this DVD remote will not work. You must have a system that was isntalled by the Mercedes factory.
