Made with fragrant seasonal mangoes, topped with soft pearls of sago and juicy mango cubes, each spoonful delivers a luscious balance of tropical sweetness and silky texture. The creaminess of coconut milk brings everything together, while the sago pearls add their signature gentle bounce. We’ve chosen to leave out pomelo so that the natural flavours and creaminess of the mango can take centre stage, creating a smoother, more indulgent finish in every spoonful.
This chilled dessert is perfect for cooling down after a hearty meal or simply enjoy it to escape the warm weather!
To cater to smaller families or lighter appetites, we’ve packed these desserts in resealable zip-lock pouches so they can be enjoyed over several sittings.
Serves: 2-4 paxServing Suggestions:Best enjoyed chilled. We recommend placing in a water bath to defrost completely or thawing overnight before consumption.
Note: As we use fresh tropical mangos, some mangoes may be slightly sweeter or more tangy depending on the season.
Storage Guide: Frozen up to 12 months. Best consumed within 2–3 days once thawed. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.We will minimally send a product with at least 2 months of use left for best taste and quality.Refer to individual packaging for expiry.
