Designed for enterprises that run mission‑critical workloads, HPE Pointnext Tech Care Critical with Defective Media Retention delivers a premium, post‑warranty service experience that keeps your infrastructure resilient and productive. This 1‑year, on‑site maintenance and support plan is built to minimize downtime, maximize system availability, and protect your data assets with a dependable, end‑to‑end care solution. With 24x7 coverage and a rapid 6‑hour on‑site repair window, you gain unprecedented reliability and peace of mind, even when operations never stop.

Key to this offering is the Defective Media Retention policy, which allows your organization to retain failed or defective drive media for secure disposal, audit, or forensic analysis. This feature supports stringent data governance and compliance needs while enabling rapid service restoration without compromising data handling requirements. The plan also includes comprehensive parts and labor coverage, so you’re shielded from unexpected repair costs as your hardware ages.

Whether you’re safeguarding a data center, a distributed storage environment, or a bustling enterprise workload cluster, this service aligns with your business priorities: uptime, predictability, and scalable support. On‑site service means your team can rely on trained professionals arriving at your preferred location, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The program’s structure is designed to empower IT teams to focus on innovation rather than break/fix logistics, delivering measurable improvements in mean time to repair (MTTR) and overall service reliability.

What sets HPE Pointnext Tech Care Critical apart is its tailored combination of coverage options, rapid response, and a clearly defined service lifecycle. This is not merely a warranty extension; it’s a proactive, outcome‑driven service strategy that aligns with complex enterprise environments where every minute of downtime bears a cost. With post‑warranty readiness, you receive a layer of protection that extends the value of your existing investments while ensuring that your technology stack remains optimized for today’s demanding workloads.

As organizations modernize their infrastructure, the ability to quickly recover from hardware faults becomes a strategic differentiator. The on‑site, 24x7x6 model ensures that support is not restricted to business hours or regional limitations. Even in the most demanding geographies, you’ll have access to expert technicians who understand HPE hardware and the intricacies of defective media handling. This combination of expertise, speed, and policy coverage translates into tangible benefits: reduced downtime, smoother problem resolution, and a service experience that keeps pace with evolving IT demands.

Really wanted this toy to be better...
Size: 10.5 inch Rubber Flex Tread
I got this toy because I have 3 large dogs that all like to pull things. I can't always play with them even though they follow me everywhere wanting to play, so I saw this toy and thought it would be good because it would give them something they can tug away at with each other. I saw the thick rubber and thought it would last awhile, but I was wrong. My German Shepherd and Pyrenees mix chewed though the first tire rather quick, and before I realized, I was finding chunks of tire around the house and yard. Thankfully, none of them tried to eat it. It seems like it could be a good toy for an aggressive chewer IF they are smaller and not as strong as these large dogs are, but it did not hold up long to mine.

The toy is best for "non aggressive " chewers. The seller is fantastic though!! They resolved an issue proactively, without being asked-something you don't see often. That level of integrity sets them apart, and I would absolutely buy from them again.

Not for aggressive dogs. I thought this was good for the money it’s not. My dog chewed this up in less than a minute. Not too happy

It's A Beast - But It'll Last Forever
Color: Large size (ø 7.4")
This big orange interactive dog toy does a few things differently—and mostly, it does them right. First, there are no batteries and no charging required. The internal noise maker is activated by movement, producing little squeaks and quacks that grab a dog’s attention without turning into an electronic science experiment. Second—and more importantly—this thing is built to last. It’s designed to work as both a ball and a tug toy, which means it’s far tougher than the typical interactive balls that get shredded in short order. I fully expect this one to stick around for a long time. That said, the reaction from my dogs was… mixed. All of them were a bit spooked at first. The sounds made them curious but cautious. My Border Collie was the first to commit and play with it, and she gave it a solid try. After a while, though, interest faded and the toy ended up sitting on the floor largely ignored. I can get them engaged if I roll it around and hype things up, but the two dogs that usually love tug-of-war haven’t latched onto this one yet. My guess is this toy will shine more outdoors. Once spring rolls around and it’s flying across the yard instead of the living room floor, I suspect it’ll get a lot more action. My dogs tend to burn energy—and enthusiasm—much faster outside. If you have a heavy chewer that destroys fragile interactive toys (and drains your wallet in the process), this is a very welcome alternative. Considering how quickly $35–$50 electronic balls can meet their end, this toy earns its place in the basket for durability alone.
