Instructions For Use

1. Slip the foot into the wide opening like a sock.
2. Continue to pull the support upward, over the knee. 
3. The open portion should sit directly over the patella. Support should fit snuggly, yet comfortably. 

Washing Instructions: 

Hand wash cold with mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang dry. Do NOT machine wash or dry.
