The BT-2 enables Bluetooth compatible devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones to stream audio wirelessly to the interface, and thereby into the audio system of the Zone where the interface is installed.
The BT-2EB is simple to connect using a single screened CAT5 cable (with shielded RJ45 connectors) between the RJ45 connector on the rear of the plate to one of the host unit’s Extension Ports. The Cat 5 cable carries DC power as well as balanced audio.
