The PRS SE Special Semi-Hollow is a versatile workhorse, perfect for players looking to explore new sonic horizons with uncompromised playability and quality. With the lush tones of a semi-hollow body and the versatility of a hum/“single”/hum setup, this guitar delivers a world of musical possibilities, bringing PRS’s innovative Narrowfield DD pickup design and intuitive coil-tap switching system to the SE Series in a classic maple top guitar. The semi-hollow construction also enhances sustain and resonance, while the f-hole adds a classic aesthetic. A 22-fret, 25” scale-length maple neck with a rosewood fretboard and PRS bird inlays ensures smooth playability and an iconic look.
The PRS SE Special Semi-Hollow is equipped with a pair of 58/15 LT “S” pickups with a PRS Narrowfield DD “S” in the middle position and a versatile coil-tap setup that unlocks a wide range of tones—from warm, full humbucker sounds to crisp single-coil chime.
