Trumpeter/composer Thomas Marriott has covered a lot of musical ground over his 11 Origin releases, most recently with the lush balladry of his 2019 recording, Romance Language. For Trumpet Ship, Marriott goes for the exuberant, highly intuitive, propelling joy that defines a jam session. Here, that session includes three of the more electric and empathetic players in jazz - pianist Orrin Evans, bassist Luques Curtis and drummer Mark Whitfield Jr. - all long time collaborators with Marriott, recorded on an off-day in Seattle while on a quartet tour of the Northwest. Through a set of five Marriott originals along with a take on Jerome Kern's "All the Things You Are," Gil Evans' "General Assembly," and the Sonny Simmons title tune, the quartet's spirit and chemistry shine. Adorable toddler jacket

I love this little jean jacket! It's a really good quality denim, thick and weighted with a soft lining. I washed and dried it in the dryer without notable shrinkage, but the denim did fade slightly around the cuffs and seems (photos after washing). I like the look it gave though. It feels very durable and high quality for the price. It is an oversized fit. I got size 18 months and it runs large with a loose and long fit. It's very cute on my toddler though and goes with everything so a very versatile piece! I would say it's a medium to light weight/temp jacket great for spring, summer and fall. Overall, I would purchase again! I think I'm going to embroider some flowers on it, great base jacket for that!
